【摘要】目的：分析子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyps，EPs)临床诊断中经阴道超声(阴式超声)诊断的实践应用价值。方法：在2022年1月—2023年1月我院超声医学科选出30例疑似EPs患者作为研究对象，以宫腔镜病理诊断(27例确诊者和3例非EPs者)为金标准，实施超声(包含阴式超声和腹部超声)诊断，分析经阴道超声阳性检出率，比较不同超声诊断方式的诊断效能。结果：经阴道超声诊断阳性检出率为81.48%，与病理诊断结果较为相近，数据无对比差异(P>0.05)；阴式超声灵敏度为81.48%，明显高于腹部超声的55.56%，存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：EPs患者采用经阴道超声诊断可实现精准诊断，贴合病理诊断结果，且具备灵敏度高优势。
