【摘要】目的：分析晚期乳腺癌行安罗替尼靶向治疗联合化疗的临床疗效。方法：截选2021年1月—2023年1月100例晚期乳腺癌患者，按照奇偶数法将其分为常规组(50例，化疗)和联合组(50例，安罗替尼靶向治疗+化疗)，比较两组血清肿瘤标志物、症状积分、毒副反应与治疗效果。结果：治疗后，联合组CEA、CA153及CA125水平比常规组低(P<0.05)；治疗后，联合组症状积分比常规组低(P<0.05)；联合组毒副反应发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)；联合组治疗总有效率明显高于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：实施联合疗法(化疗+安罗替尼靶向治疗)治疗晚期乳腺癌的效果显著，尤其是在改善患者病症和强化患者疾病疗效方面。
