【摘要】目的：分析非哺乳期乳腺炎患者术前应用抗生素、激素联合手术治疗的疗效。方法：本文选择58例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者进行数据研究，选取时间是2022年7月—2023年6月，按照随机数字表法分组，每组29例。研究组术前应用抗生素、激素联合手术治疗，对照组实施手术治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：相比对照组，研究组术后1个月疼痛情况明显更优，术后1个月的伤口愈合率明显更高，复发率明显更低，组间差异明显，有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：非哺乳期乳腺炎患者术前应用抗生素、激素联合手术治疗的疗效理想，改善患者术后1个月疼痛情况，明显提高术后1个月的伤口愈合率，明显降低复发率。
