【摘要】目的：分析腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术术后胃肠功能恢复情况。方法：将2020年1月—2023年6月期间我科收治的238例腹股沟疝患者纳入研究，使用随机数表将患者分成常规组与无张力组，每组各119例，常规组实施常规腹股沟疝修补术，无张力组采用腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术，对比两组治疗效果。结果：无张力组患者的总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)；无张力组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间以及腹痛消失时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)；无张力组患者术后情感状态、生理舒适、自理能力、心理支持及疼痛各项评分均优于常规组(P<0.05)；无张力组阴囊血肿、阴囊水肿、切口感染、复发疝等并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术术后胃肠功能恢复速度更快，相较于常规疝修补术优势明显，具有临床推广价值。
