【摘要】目的：观察老年前列腺脓肿手术中经尿道双极前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)的应用效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院78例老年前列腺脓肿患者进行回顾分析，均行PKRP手术，观察手术治疗和恢复情况，比较治疗前后炎症指标，观察预后情况。结果：患者平均手术时间为(50.72±6.10)min，平均低压冲洗膀胱时间为(17.35±5.90)h，平均导尿管插管时间为(4.89±1.36)d，平均住院时间为(11.39±2.40)d；术后3d患者C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、前列腺特异抗原及降钙素原水平均低于术前(P<0.05)；部分患者术后出现尿频、尿急症状，用药后较快消失，全部患者远期预后良好，近1年无复发。结论：PKRP术可有效治疗前列腺脓肿，促进老年患者快速康复出院，预后较好。
