【摘要】目的：探析胺碘酮+美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的效果。方法：选取2022年6月—2023年6月本院58例冠心病心律失常患者，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(美托洛尔+胺碘酮)和对照组(胺碘酮)，各29例患者，就两组疗效、用药安全性及心功能指标等研究数据展开对比。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为93.10%，较之对照组的72.41%高(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组的心功能指标以及血压水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律失常的效果显著，可以提高治疗总有效率，改善心功能，降低不良反应发生率，是一种合理的用药方案。
