【摘要】目的：探究在手术患者静脉留置针穿刺中采取盐酸丁卡因胶浆湿热敷干预后的效果。方法：采用随机数字表法将2022年1月—2023年6月期间手术治疗行静脉留置针穿刺的80例患者分成两组，对照组有共计40例患者，均接受常规干预，观察组共计40例患者，均接受常规干预加盐酸丁卡因胶浆湿热敷。对比两组患者疼痛程度、穿刺成功率以及护理满意度。结果：干预后，观察组疼痛(VAS)评分为(2.01±0.40)分，明显低于对照组的(2.68±0.47)分，差异明显(P<0.05)；观察组一次穿刺成功率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，差异明显(P<0.05)；和对照组相比，观察组护理满意度更高，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：手术患者在静脉留置针穿刺时实施盐酸丁卡因胶浆湿热敷，有助于减轻患者疼痛感，提升穿刺成功率和护理满意度，值得在临床中推广以及应用。
