【摘要】目的：探讨无痛纤维支气管镜检查期间采用右美托咪定复合丙泊酚麻醉的效果。方法：抽取湖南省中西医结合医院2021年2月—2023年2月行无痛纤维支气管镜检查的70例患者作为研究对象，以随机数表法分为对照组35例与观察组35例，对照组患者采取丙泊酚麻醉，观察组患者采取右美托咪定复合丙泊酚麻醉，评估两组麻醉效果，观察两组不同时段血流动力学变化情况，并比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果：①观察组患者麻醉优良率为97.14%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②观察组麻醉后(T1)、进镜即刻(T2)及出镜即刻(T3)时段HR、SBP、DBP及SpO2水平优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；③观察组不良反应发生率为8.57%，低于对照组的28.57%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对行无痛纤维支气管检查的患者，予以右美托咪定和丙泊酚复合麻醉，可获得满意的麻醉效果，且该麻醉方式能保持血流动力学的稳定，减少不良反应的发生，值得推广。
