【摘要】目的：探究和分析中医护理结合八段锦训练在慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理过程中对肺康复效果以及生活质量的影响。方法：随机选取2022年3月—2023年4月我院收治的80例慢阻肺患者，将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采取常规的护理方式，观察组则应用中医护理联合八段锦训练的护理方式。分析两组干预结果。结果：干预后，与对照组相比，观察组的肺功能各项指标均更高，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理总有效率(97.50%)比对照组(70.00%)高，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预后，与对照组相比，观察组的生活质量各项评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论：应用中医护理结合八段锦训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病发生病变起到了抑制作用，有利于肺功能的恢复，有显著的护理效果。
