【摘要】目的：观察急性胰腺炎患者治疗中采用中药灌肠治疗方法的临床效果及对经肠道微生态调节机制的探讨。方法：选取我院2020年2月—2022年2月的40例急性胰腺炎患者，根据不同治疗方法分组，其中将采用单纯西药治疗方法的患者列为对照组，将其余增用中药灌肠治疗方法的患者列为观察组，各20例，对两组患者的治疗表现情况进行对比。结果：治疗后，观察组患者肠道菌群水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中药灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎患者的效果显著，可以降低中医证候积分，并且有效提高临床治疗的安全性及治疗水平。
