【摘要】目的：分析中风后偏瘫患者实施雷火灸与抗痉挛手法联合治疗的临床效果及对患者肢体功能的改善作用。方法：选取2021年2月—2023年2月期间经我院确诊的中风后偏瘫患者共计116例，采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各58例，两组均予以常规康复治疗，对照组另予以抗痉挛手法治疗，观察组另予以雷火灸联合抗痉挛手法治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗4周后评估两组肌痉挛程度、中医证候积分以及肢体活动功能。结果：治疗4周后，观察组肌痉挛分级优于对照组(P<0.05)，且观察组肌痉挛0级患者所占比例为27.59%，明显高于对照组的12.07%(P<0.05)；治疗4周后，观察组上肢FMA评分和下肢FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗4周后，观察组中医证候积分比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：雷火灸联合抗痉挛手法用于中风后偏瘫患者康复治疗中能够有效改善患者肌痉挛情况及中医症候，从而增强肢体功能。
