【摘要】目的：观察在慢性胃炎中实施养胃汤加减治疗的效果以及对消化功能的影响。方法：从我院2021年4月—2023年4月选取50例慢性胃炎患者，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组实施养胃汤加减治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对慢性胃炎患者实施养胃汤加减治疗，能够缓解症状，提升临床治疗效果，值得推广。
