【摘要】目的：分析和探究将中医康复护理应用于老年2型糖尿病合并脑梗死中的护理结果。方法：确定本次研究对象为2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者，纳入时间及数量分别为2022年4月—2023年4月及40例，按照随机法分为对照组和观察组，分别行常规护理和早期中医康复护理，各20例，比较两组护理效果。结果：与对照组相比，观察组各项护理满意度评分更高(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组MESSS评分低于对照组，Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：老年2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者采用早期中医康复护理后，可获得理想的护理效果，可推广。
