【摘要】目的：探讨优质护理对儿童急性感染性喉炎的临床干预效果。方法：选取2022年3月—2023年3月于我院儿科就诊的小儿急性感染性喉炎患儿108例，按随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=54，常规护理)和实验组(n=54，优质护理)，记录两组患儿的症状消失时间、治疗效果以及家属满意度，对其进行统计学比较。结果：实验组症状消失时间短于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；实验组的家属总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理在儿童急性感染性喉炎的临床干预中能够明显改善患儿临床症状，提升治疗效果，提高家长的满意度。
