【摘要】目的：分析门诊孕前与孕期保健对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者妊娠结局的影响。方法：以天水市麦积区妇幼保健院2020年1月—2020年12月内收治的120例GDM患者为本次研究对象，并以随机法分为孕前组(60例，常规孕前指导)和综合组(60例，门诊孕前与孕期保健)，对比分析两组孕产妇干预前后的血糖指标、血糖波动指标及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果：干预后，综合组MAGE及MODD均显著低于孕前组(P<0.05)，且孕产妇不良妊娠结局发生率显著低于孕前组(P<0.05)。结论：对GDM患者实施门诊孕前与孕期保健，可提升血糖控制效果，降低不良妊娠结局发生率。
