【摘要】目的：分析在妊高症孕产妇护理中采取优质护理的有效性。方法：选取我院60例妊高症孕产妇，利用抽签法分组，每组30例，探究组应用优质护理，基础组采取常规护理，对比两组产妇各项临床指标及护理前后产妇血压指标(收缩压及舒张压)。结果：探究组产程时间、止血时间、产后2h出血量及产后1d出血量均优于基础组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前，探究组产妇血压指标与基础组相比差异不大，无意义(P>0.05)；护理后，探究组血压低于基础组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对妊高症产妇而言，优质护理可以起到缩短产程的作用，还可降低产妇产后出血量。
