【摘要】目的：探讨产褥期基于Roy适应模式的护理干预对产妇母亲角色适应的影响。方法：选择2019年1月—2020年12月我院接受基于Roy适应模式的护理干预的31例产妇作为观察组，选择同期接受常规护理的31例产妇作为对照组，干预后，比较两组产妇母亲角色适应水平、心理状态、睡眠质量与自我护理能力。结果：干预后，观察组母亲角色适应情况优于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能及健康知识水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：产褥期基于Roy适应模式的护理干预可以提高产妇母亲角色适应能力，减轻不良心理反应，改善睡眠质量，提升自我护理能力。
