【摘要】目的：探讨团队协同模式临床护理路径干预在急诊创伤中的应用效果及对抢救室滞留时间的影响。方法：选取医院在2023年3月—2024年1月期间收治的106例急诊创伤患者，按随机对照1：1原则分为例数相同的两组。对照组实施传统急诊护理模式，观察组实施团队协同模式临床护理路径干预，对比两组干预效果。结果：观察组首次放射检查时间、疾病确诊时间、术前准备时间和抢救室滞留时间均短于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组抢救成功率明显高于对照组，并发症发生率及死亡率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：急诊创伤患者采用团队协同模式临床护理路径干预能够显著缩短抢救室滞留时间，提高患者的生存率，建议推广应用。
