【摘要】目的：探析综合护理在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石及肾结石中的应用效果。方法：2022年8月—2023年8月，将80名输尿管上段结石及肾结石患者分为两组，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上行综合护理，对两组临床相关指标、术后并发症发生率和日常生活活动能力评分进行对比分析。结果：观察组各项临床相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石及肾结石中的应用效果较好，值得推广应用。

    Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing measures in flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy for upper ureteral and renal stones
