【摘要】目的：观察和探究在前列腺增生手术患者中应用优质护理后患者的护理满意度及术后胃肠功能恢复情况。方法：以在我院接受手术治疗的50例前列腺增生患者为研究对象，研究时间为2022年8月—2023年7月，患者入院后按照计算机随机抽样的方法将50例患者分为对照组(n=25)和实验组(n=25)。对照组25例患者给予常规护理措施进行护理，实验组25例患者给予优质护理措施进行护理，对两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率及胃肠功能恢复情况进行比较。结果：干预后，实验组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组，胃肠功能恢复情况明显优于对照组，并发症的发生概率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对接受手术治疗的前列腺增生患者实施优质护理能够获得较为显著的护理效果，既能够缩短患者术后恢复的时间，也能够降低并发症的发生概率。
