【摘要】目的：探讨胫骨平台骨折患者护理中采取多元化护理对膝关节功能的影响。方法：从2020年1月—2022年1月内在我科室接受治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者中选取60例作为本次研究对象，采取红篮球分组方法进行分组，常规组(n=30)行常规护理干预，研究组(n=30)行多元化护理干预，关注患者的关节疼痛程度，并以日常生活活动的状态说明其关节功能的恢复情况，统计术后发生的不良反应。结果：干预后，两组患者的NRS评分较干预前均下降，且研究组的NRS评分比常规组更低(P<0.05)；干预后，两组患者的Barthel指数均提高，且研究组Barthel指数相较常规组更高(P<0.05)；研究组不良反应发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：胫骨平台骨折患者采取多元化护理干预具有重要作用，可减轻患者膝关节的疼痛程度，改善膝关节功能，确保其日常生活活动正常进行，且不良反应发生率更低，值得临床上推广和运用。
