【摘要】目的：探析脑梗死患者护理中应用循证护理的临床效果。方法：抽选80例脑梗死患者，随机将其分为研究组(40例，循证护理)和对照组(40例，常规护理)，比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，研究组各项功能评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：脑梗死患者行循证护理干预的效果显著，可推广。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into the study group (40 cases，evidencebased nursing care) and the control group (40 cases，routine nursing care) to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results：After nursing，the functional scores，quality of life scores，and nursing satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：The evidence-based nursing intervention has significant effects on patients with cerebral infarction and can be promoted. ......
