【摘要】目的：探讨个性化身心诉求管理模式在老年慢阻肺(COPD)中的护理效果及对生活质量的影响。方法：选取2021年5月—2022年9月80例老年慢阻肺患者，按护理方法不同将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组40例给予常规性护理措施，观察组(40例)在常规护理基础上实施个性化身心诉求护理管理模式。评估两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量及自护水平。结果：出院时，观察组患者的护理满意度、生活质量及自护水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对老年慢阻肺患者实施个性化身心诉求管理模式的效果显著，可提高患者的生活质量及自护能力。
