【摘要】目的：分析机械振动排痰伴童趣化心理护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法：择取80例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象，将其分为新式组和传统组，每组40例。治疗方式为机械振动排痰，传统组接受常规护理干预，新式组以传统组方案为基准，接受童趣化心理护理，比较两组护理结果。结果：和传统组相比，新式组患儿的临床症状消失时间和住院时间更短，治疗依从性更高，家长护理满意率更高，P<0.05。结论：对于支气管肺炎患儿来讲，为其实施机械振动排痰伴童趣化心理护理能取得显著成效，值得推广。
