【摘要】随着时代发展，护理领域主要矛盾表现为人民群众的护理服务需求与供给相对不足之间的矛盾，需要进一步从护理体系、服务、技术、管理、人才等多维度统筹推动护理高质量发展，提高护理同质化水平。本文以镇江市精神卫生中心为调研样本，着重分析人文护理实践现状，各项人文护理措施以及患者满意度。为了有效解决在探究人文护理过程中的种种困难，对围绕以精神专科医院为牵头机构，探寻精神专科人文护理，建立护理安全文化和持续护理质量改进机制进行研究和论述。
