【摘要】目的：分析基于绿色通道模式的一站式护理用于急诊急性脑梗死患者的效果。方法：纳入我院收治的48例急诊急性脑梗死患者，以摸球法随机分为两组，各24例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用基于绿色通道模式的一站式护理。对比两组干预效果。结果：观察组抢救时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后，两组患者神经缺损程度评分有所降低，且观察组神经缺损程度评分更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比，观察组就诊-应用静脉溶栓药时间更短，就诊-应用静脉溶栓药达标率更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率及脑梗死再发率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组48h内病死率略低于对照组，但组间对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论：针对急诊急性脑梗死患者实施基于绿色通道模式的一站式护理，可以缩短抢救时间和住院时间，在改善患者神经缺损程度及降低并发症发生率上具有重要作用。
