【摘要】目的：评价3H规范化护理模式对肺癌放疗患者生活质量的提升效果。方法：2022年6月—2023年8月，以60例肺癌放疗患者为研究对象，经抛币法分组，对照组30例采用常规护理模式，观察组30例采用3H规范化护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理3个月后，观察组生活质量评分和护理满意度较对照组高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：实施3H规范化护理模式可提高肺癌放疗患者的生活质量与满意度，值得临床推广。
