【摘要】目的：对比分析慢性肾脏疾病患者接受维持性血液透析治疗期间，为其提供饮食指导与家庭支持护理时，在营养改善方面产生的效果。方法：选取本院2021年10月—2022年10月收治的60例慢性肾脏病维持性血液透析患者，根据护理方式的差异性将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)，两组患者分别接受饮食指导与家庭支持联合护理和基础护理。比较两组患者干预前后的营养摄入情况和心理健康状态。结果：干预前，两组患者的热量摄入量、脂肪摄入量及蛋白质摄入量均相对较低，碳水化合物摄入量均相对较高，且无统计学差异性(P>0.05)；干预后，两组患者的热量摄入量、脂肪摄入量及蛋白质摄入量均有所提升，且观察组上述指标高于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，两组患者的碳水化合物摄入量均有所降低，且观察组碳水化合物摄入量低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前，两组患者的SDS评分均较高且无统计学差异性(P>0.05)；干预后，两组SDS评分均降低，且观察组SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：为慢性肾脏病维持性血液透析患者提供饮食指导和家庭支持护理，能够有效改善患者的营养摄入情况及心理状态。
