【摘要】目的：探讨对带状疱疹性神经痛患者采用程序化疼痛护理结合健康宣教干预的效果。方法：选取本院收治的带状疱疹性神经痛患者作为研究对象，其样本量根据本院收治该疾病患者总量的百分比进行估算，从中选取60例(2022年6月—2023年4月)，按照随机法进行分组，对照组采用健康宣教，观察组采用健康宣教+程序化疼痛护理，对两组护理效果进行比较。结果：干预后，观察组的疼痛相关指标、心理状态以及舒适度均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对带状疱疹性神经痛患者采用程序化疼痛护理结合健康宣教干预能够缓解患者的疼痛程度，改善其心理状态，提高其舒适程度以及满意度。
