【摘要】目的：评价基于核心能力的“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式的价值。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月本院120名网约护士进行研究，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60名。对照组应用常规“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式，观察组应用基于核心能力的“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式。比较两组应用效果。结果：两组考核评分比较差异显著(P<0.05)；两组核心能力评分比较差异显著(P<0.05)；两组培训满意度比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：基于核心能力的“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式能够在培训中起到积极作用，有推广实践的价值。
