基于核心能力的“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式在网约护士培训中的应用

【摘要】目的:评价基于核心能力的“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式的价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2022年12月本院120名网约护士进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60名。对照组应用常规“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式,观察组应用基于核心能力的“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式。比较两组应用效果。结果:两组考核评分比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组核心能力评分比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组培训满意度比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:基于核心能力的“互联网+护理服务”岗前培训模式能够在培训中起到积极作用,有推广实践的价值。【关键词】互联网+护理服务;核心能力;岗前培训;网约护士;培训效果
