【摘要】目的：探讨对老年2型糖尿病患者采用认知行为干预联合循证护理的效果。方法：选取本院收治的58例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象(2022年6月—2023年4月)，采用双盲法分组，对照组采用认知行为干预护理，观察组采用认知行为干预联合循证护理，对两组的认知能力及自我效能进行比较。结果：干预后，两组患者的认知能力及自我效能相关评分均较干预前呈上升趋势，且观察组认知能力及自我效能相关评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对老年2型糖尿病患者采用认知行为干预联合循证护理能够有效改善患者的认知能力及自我效能。
