超声检测胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉血流对妊娠晚期胎儿宫内缺氧的评估作用

【摘要】目的:研究妊娠晚期胎儿宫内缺氧病情评估过程中采用超声技术对胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉血流情况进行检测的临床价值。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年12月在我院就诊的孕36周前及孕36周后(含孕36周)出现胎儿宫内缺氧问题的孕妇各20例,分别定义为研究1组和研究2组,将存在胎儿宫内缺氧问题的全部40例孕妇定义为研究组,再抽取同期在我院进行健康孕检的40例正常孕妇,将其定义为对照组。所有研究对象均采用超声技术对胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉血流情况进行检测,对比检测结果水平。结果:①研究组胎儿脐动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及收缩期的峰值流速与舒张末期流速的比值均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组胎儿大脑中动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及收缩期的峰值流速与舒张末期流速的比值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。②研究2组胎儿脐动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及收缩期的峰值流速与舒张末期流速的比值均高于研究1组(P<0.05);研究2组胎儿大脑中动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及收缩期的峰值流速与舒张末期流速的比值均低于研究1组(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠晚期胎儿宫内缺氧采用超声技术对胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉血流情况进行检测的临床价值显著,值得关注并推广。【关键词】胎儿;宫内缺氧;超声;脐动脉;大脑中动脉;血流
