【摘要】目的：宫颈扩张球囊是一类医疗器械引产方法，通过球囊产生持续张力，促进宫颈软化并成熟，从而顺利引产。本研究用尿管自制宫颈扩张球囊，拟探究宫颈扩张球囊对妊娠晚期促宫颈成熟的效果。方法：选取80例妊娠晚期的产妇，根据引产方式的不同将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用的促宫颈成熟方式是缩宫素，研究组则是用宫颈扩张球囊。比较两组干预前后Bishop评分、新生儿Apgar评分、分娩方式、临产时间、疼痛时间、第一产程、阴道失血量以及不良事件发生情况。结果：干预前，两组产妇的Bishop评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后，研究组产妇的Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组产妇的自然分娩率低于研究组(P<0.05)，且研究组产妇的阴道失血量较对照组产妇的少(P<0.05)。自促宫颈成熟处理后，研究组产妇的临产时间、疼痛时间与第一产程时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。两组产妇不良事件发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：足月妊娠产妇采用尿管自制的宫颈扩张球囊是促进宫颈成熟的有效方法，具有相对较高的安全性，值得临床大力推广。
