【摘要】目的：分析内套外剥齿状线保留术与传统混合痔外剥内扎术对Ⅲ度混合痔患者创面愈合时间的影响。方法：选取2023年1月—2023年12月本院收治的80例Ⅲ度混合痔患者，并采用随机数字表法将其分为接受传统混合痔外剥内扎术治疗的外剥组(40例)和接受内套外剥齿状线保留术治疗的保留组(40例)。比较两组治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；术后，保留组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、创面愈合时间、肛门功能及并发症发生率均优于外剥组(P<0.05)。结论：内套外剥齿状线保留术治疗Ⅲ度混合痔的疗效确切，对患者术后疼痛及创面愈合均有改善效果，有利于术后肛门功能的恢复，减少并发症。
