【摘要】目的：研究血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)联合检测对良性、恶性甲状腺结节的鉴别诊断效果。方法：选取2020年1月—2022年1月院内收治的120例甲状腺结节患者为研究对象，以病理结果分组(良性者68例为良性组；恶性者52例为恶性组)，行血清TgAb、TPOAb、TSH检测，比较检测结果差异，统计单独检测与联合检测的恶性甲状腺结节检出率并计算诊断效能。结果：恶性组患者血清TgAb、TPOAb与TSH水平高于良性组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；血清TgAb、TPOAb和TSH联合检测的敏感度为96.15%、特异度为85.29%、准确度为90.00%，高于三项指标单独检测，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：血清TgAb、TPOAb和TSH联合检测在良恶性甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中有良好的参考价值，可为患者治疗提供有效依据。
