【摘要】目的：研析在临床诊断时，对梅毒螺旋体感染实施ELISA的诊断效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年12月收治的70例疑似梅毒螺旋体感染患者，均行ELISA和TRUST检测，比较两种检测方法的阳性率、特异性、灵敏度、阳性预测值以及阴性预测值，并对比梅毒螺旋体感染组和非梅毒螺旋体感染组IgM、IgG与IgA水平。结果：梅毒螺旋体感染组与非梅毒螺旋体感染组IgM、IgG与IgA水平比较均存在差异(P<0.05)；TRUST法与ELISA法阳性率、特异性、灵敏度、阳性预测值以及阴性预测值比较存在差异(P<0.05)。结论：在临床诊断时，对梅毒螺旋体感染实施ELISA是有诊断价值的。
