【摘要】目的：分析在膝关节周围复杂骨折患者中实施微创内固定术的治疗效果。方法：选择2022年1月—2023年7月期间我院收治的80例膝关节周围复杂骨折患者，通过双盲法将其分入实验组与参照组当中，各40例，实验组接受微创内固定术治疗，参照组接受切开复位内固定术进行治疗，比较两组患者的手术治疗相关指标(手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量、住院时间)、治疗前后日常生活能力与膝关节功能(ADL评分与膝关节Lyscholm评分)、治疗效果以及术后并发症(延迟愈合、关节炎、感染)发生率。结果：实验组患者的手术相关指标均优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组患者ADL评分与膝关节Lyscholm评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，实验组的ADL评分与膝关节Lyscholm评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗效果比参照组高，术后并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：在膝关节周围复杂骨折患者中实施微创内固定术治疗的效果显著，不但能提高患者的日常生活能力与膝关节功能，还能改善患者的手术预后，降低并发症发生率，值得推广。
