【摘要】目的：分析西咪替丁联合蒙脱石散在婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻治疗时的效果及安全性。方法：将2022年3月—2023年3月我院儿科收治的150例轮状病毒腹泻患儿分为对照组和观察组，两组患儿分别采用常规治疗方案和常规治疗+西咪替丁+蒙脱石散进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，治疗后的血清免疫球蛋白水平明显高于对照组，临床症状消失时间与住院时间均短于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：西咪替丁联合蒙脱石散在婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻治疗时能够有效缩短患儿临床症状消失时间，临床疗效确切，可以降低不良反应发生率，适宜临床推广。
