【摘要】目的：探究耳穴压豆联合腕踝针在湿热下注型混合痔术后疼痛护理中的应用价值。方法：抽取我院2023年1月—2024年1月收治的开展手术治疗的60例湿热下注型混合痔患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组，每组30例患者，其中对照组患者采用常规综合护理，试验组采用常规综合护理与耳穴压豆联合腕踝针干预，对比两组患者术后1、2及3d疼痛评分、治疗总有效率以及术后3、5、7及10d便秘积分，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评价两组患者干预前后情绪状态及睡眠质量。结果：术后1、2及3d，试验组疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；术后3、5、7及10d，试验组便秘积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，两组患者的HAMD及PSQI评分均降低，且试验组HAMD及PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：湿热下注型混合痔开展手术之后的疼痛护理中，配合耳穴压豆联合腕踝针可以辅助提升治疗效果，对减轻患者的疼痛感、改善患者睡眠质量及负面情绪有积极作用，值得推荐。
