【摘要】目的：探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的治疗中采用布地奈德雾化吸入的效果。方法：此次研究共选择100例来我院诊治的小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患儿，起始时间为2023年1月，结束时间为2023年12月。经随机方法将其分为对照组和观察组，50例/组。对照组实施孟鲁司特钠治疗，以此为基础，观察组应用雾化吸入布地奈德治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、咳嗽症状缓解时间、咳嗽症状消失时间、疾病复发情况、治疗1、3、5及7d的咳嗽症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果：相较于对照组，观察组的治疗总有效率更高，P<0.05。相较于对照组，观察组的咳嗽症状缓解时间及咳嗽症状消失时间更短，且疾病复发次数更少，P<0.05。两组患儿治疗1d的咳嗽症状评分数据均衡，P>0.05；治疗3、5及7d，两组患儿的咳嗽症状评分均低于治疗1d，且观察组咳嗽症状评分更低，P<0.05。两组患儿均无严重不良反应，P>0.05。结论：在小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的治疗中采用布地奈德雾化吸入可以提高治疗效果，且应用安全。
