【摘要】目的：探讨与分析护理在妊娠合并子痫前期患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2020年8月—2023年2月在医院诊治的66例子痫前期患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为优质组与对照组，各33例。对照组给予传统护理，优质组给予优质护理。优质组与对照组的护理周期为入院时到分娩后7d，记录优质组与对照组患者的预后情况。结果：所有患者顺利分娩出新生儿，两组分娩后7d的收缩压与舒张压都明显低于入院时(P<0.05)。优质组分娩后7d的收缩压与舒张压与对照组相比也明显减少(P<0.05)。优质组产后出血、新生儿窒息、产后感染与新生儿高胆红素血症发生率与对照组相比有降低，但是对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。分娩后7d，优质组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理在妊娠合并子痫前期患者中应用能降低收缩压与舒张压，从而减少产妇与新生儿并发症的发生，提高患者的满意度。
