【摘要】目的：探讨妊娠期高血压疾病产妇围生期综合护理的效果。方法：从本院于2020年1月—2022年12月间收治的妊娠期高血压疾病产妇中，随机抽选100例产妇作为研究对象，应用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组，各50例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予围生期综合护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，实验组的SAS评分与SDS评分均低于对照组，治疗依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，实验组的SBP、DBP与24h尿蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，实验组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在妊娠期高血压疾病产妇中，围生期综合护理能有效改善分娩前产妇的负面心理状态，稳定血压，调整尿蛋白水平，进一步改善其生活质量，值得临床推广和使用。
