【摘要】目的：分析吉巨芬(注射用重组人白细胞介素-11)对造血干细胞移植患者口腔溃疡护理结局的影响。方法：选择2022年5月—2023年12月期间到本院血液科开展造血干细胞移植治疗的82例患者，通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=41)，对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受吉巨芬漱口结合预见性护理，比较两组患者口腔溃疡发生率、依从性、心理状态以及舒适度评分。结果：观察组患者的口腔溃疡发生率显著低于对照组，护理后依从性评分和舒适度评分显著高于对照组，护理后心理状态评分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：吉巨芬漱口结合预见性护理在造血干细胞移植患者中的应用效果确切。
