【摘要】目的：分析持续质量改进护理对肺结核患者肺功能以及生活质量的影响。方法：选择2021年1月—2024年1月期间本院感染性疾病科收治的90例肺结核患者作为研究对象，按照“数字双盲法”将其分为对照组(n=45，常规护理)与观察组(n=45，持续质量改进护理)。对两组患者护理效果进行比较分析。结果：护理后，观察组肺功能指标优于对照组，护理满意度及生活质量评分高于对照组，抑郁及焦虑评分低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：持续质量改进护理应用于肺结核患者中的效果确切，可改善患者肺功能，提高患者生活质量。
