【摘要】目的：分析综合性护理干预在支气管扩张患者雾化吸入治疗中的效果。方法：选择2020年1月—2023年1月期间本院呼吸内科收治的80例支气管扩张患者为观察样本，随机将其均分为参考组和干预组，各40例，分别开展常规护理和综合性护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：干预后，干预组患者的退烧时间、呼吸困难纠正时间与住院时间均短于参考组，护理满意度高于参考组，相关证候积分低于参考组，血象指标均优于参考组，差异显著，P<0.05。结论：综合性护理干预在支气管扩张患者雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果确切。
