【摘要】目的：评价脑出血护理中采用预见性护理对护理质量及患者康复的影响。方法：资料搜集时间为2021年10月—2023年5月，从我院收治的脑出血患者中筛选出66例展开系统研究，遵循随机数表法将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(预见性护理)，每组33例，对比两组患者的并发症、护理质量、神经功能(NIHSS评分)以及生活自理能力(BI指数)。结果：观察组护理期间的并发症发生率低于对照组，患者对各方面护理质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前，两组患者的神经功能和生活能力评分比较差异不大，P>0.05；护理后，观察组患者的NIHSS评分比对照组低，BI指数高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：脑出血患者实施预见性护理干预能大大提高临床服务品质，满足患者的合理需求，还能降低并发症风险，促使患者早日康复出院，值得临床采纳。
