【摘要】目的：探讨胃食管反流护理干预在老年肺部感染患者中的应用价值。方法：选择我院收治的70例老年肺部感染患者为研究对象，根据随机抽签法分组，每组35例。对照组用常规护理，观察组加用胃食管反流护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组咳嗽频率、咳痰量和呼吸困难程度评分低于对照组，P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。观察组护理满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：胃食管反流护理干预在老年肺部感染患者中的应用价值高。
