【摘要】目的：围绕在对多发性骨髓瘤患者进行临床护理的过程中采用循证理念的意义展开分析与探究。方法：将本院在2021年3月—2022年5月期间所收治的54名多发性骨髓瘤患者作为探究对象，按照其接受治疗的时间将其分为两组，即常规组与探究组，每组有27名患者。常规组采用常规性的护理措施，探究组首先实施常规护理，然后采用循证理念，对两组护理效果进行对比。结果：护理后，探究组睡眠质量评分、机体功能评分和社会生活评分均显著高于常规组，疼痛评分明显低于常规组，P<0.05。结论：多发性骨髓瘤患者在临床护理的过程中采用循证理念，其护理效果更加理想，具有较为重要的临床应用意义。
