【摘要】目的：探讨在2型糖尿病患者随访管理中开展家庭医生模式的干预效果。方法：将共70例2型糖尿病患者纳入研究，时间为2021年1月—2023年1月，分组方式以不同干预模式为依据，各35例，对照组患者给予常规随访管理，研究组患者则联合开展家庭医生模式，持续干预1年后，对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果：干预后，两组患者的血糖相关指标与干预前相比均明显降低，且与对照组相比，研究组降低优势突出(P<0.05)；研究组患者治疗依从性较对照组高(P<0.05)；干预后，两组患者的DSQL评分与干预前相比明显降低，且与对照组相比，研究组降低优势突出(P<0.05)；研究组患者总满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：在2型糖尿病患者随访管理中开展家庭医生模式有助于提高患者的治疗依从性及满意度，更好地控制血糖水平，对控制病情进展、改善患者生活质量具有积极意义。
