【摘要】目的：分析早期康复训练联合人文关怀对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的干预效果。方法：筛选2022年2月—2023年2月期间在本院治疗的60例脑卒中后偏瘫患者，以双色球法分组，各30例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取早期康复训练联合人文关怀护理。对比两组患者预后、运动功能及负面心理。结果：观察组预后优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组干预后的患者上下肢功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组干预后的负面心理评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：脑卒中后偏瘫患者采取早期康复训练结合人文关怀护理，有助于改善患者负面情绪，可提升其康复训练的效果，利于神经功能、运动功能及生活自理能力的改善。
